Interior
The holiday home on Lyngmarksvej is a lovely brick house from 1978, which was partially renovated in 2020. The house is furnished with a bright kitchen/dining room with direct connection to the living room and the conservtory. The new kitchen is from 2020 and includes an oven combined with a microwave and, of course, a dishwasher.
In sofa corner in the living room, you can relax with the family and enjoy the wood-burning stove on chilly days.
The holiday home has three bedrooms with a single bed in two of the rooms and a double bed in the master bedroom. The conservatory is a great place to gather for meals, being together and board games. There is also a sofa bed in the conservatory. Next to the kitchen there is a good bathroom with a toilet and shower.
The house has underfloor heating and is child-friendly with a cot, highchair and bathtub for the little ones.
Outdoor
The house has a large open terrace with various garden furniture where you can enjoy the beautiful summer days. The terrace also has a sun umbrella and charcoal grill, so you can also find shade when the sun is at its brightest.
In the large garden there is a sandpit, slide, play tower and swing.
Location
The holiday home is located at Rude Strand, which is one of the Denmark´s most popular holiday home areas. The house is just 100 metres from a very nice and child-friendly sandy beach. It is also located in a scenic area that is ideal for biking in the countryside.
Rude Strand is very near to the popular beach Saksild Strand. It is also a very child-friendly beach with Blue Flag status. The beach has previously been recognised as one of the best beaches in Denmark.
