Here there are many opportunities for lovely walks and cycling on the major trails or mountain biking on the landscaped routes. Or horseback riding when renting a horse in the immediate area. This is also where you will find the new magnificent Moesgaard Museum and Marselisborg Deer Park, where you can get up close to both deer, fallow deer and wild boar.
To the south you can walk along the beach and meet Norsminde Pleasure Boats Harbor with both cosiness, fish stall, bistro and gourmet restaurants.
With a distance of only 15 km to Aarhus, you are close to many cultural activities, entertainment and restaurants. For example, visit the AROS Museum in international format, have lunch in the city's Latin Quarter or at the marina, or take a walk on the city's shopping streets and cozy squares with the many cafes. Aarhus City also has the Old Town, which is the world's first open-air museum for the culture and history of the market towns - definitely worth a visit.
