The house has a lovely living room where you can relax and enjoy yourself, for example by the wood-burning stove. Adjacent to the living room is a large and beautiful open kitchen, where you can help prepare a delicious lunch. There are four lovely bedrooms, a loft and two beautiful bathrooms. The annex has a luxurious sauna. The living room opens onto the house's fantastic and very sunny terrace. Here you can really feel the special at­mosp­he­re of summer and sunshine while bar­becu­ing and so­ci­a­li­sing or perhaps enjoying a good glass of wine. Deer often visit the garden. Remember to use the house's outdoor shower, where you can rinse off the sand after a wonderful day at the beach.

Location/area

The holiday home is located just 450 metres from the beach, which is a fantastic sandy beach. If you enjoy beach life, walking or cycling, this is the perfect location. A short trip to Rørvig, only about 8 km from the house, is de­fi­ni­te­ly recom­men­ded. Here you can buy fresh fish from the fis­h­mon­ger or enjoy his delicious fish buffet while the children catch crabs from the pier. In Nykøbing Sj., the pe­de­stri­an street offers cafés, re­stau­rants, en­tertain­ment, theatre and various specialty shops. A visit to one of the many artists who have their galleries or workshops in the harbour area is also an ex­pe­ri­en­ce you will remember when you return home.
