Lovely holiday house located on a wonderful nature plot, close to a good and child-friendly sandy beach. The holiday house offers many nice and cosy hours outside on the spacious wooden terrace, where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The plot is well closed, so you may relax in un­dis­tur­bed sur­ro­un­dings. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the covered terrace, while the children are scam­pe­ring about in the garden.

Interior
Entrance hall. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bedroom with single bed. Kitchen/living room with dining area. Large bright living room with wood-burning stove, heat pump and access to the covered terrace. There is a lovely outdoor shower with both cold and hot water, where you can enjoy a lovely outdoor shower late at night while watching the starry sky. There is also access to a lockable shed for bicycles.

Location / the area
The holiday house is located in a quiet area of natural beauty. A short walk from the house you find a good and child-friendly sandy beach, and another short walk up along the coast brings you to the forest “Sand­flugts­plan­ta­gen” with cosy paths that bring you to/around Dybesø Lake. The forest is well suited for both running and bicycling. The re­stau­rants Lyngkroen and MOTA are both to be recom­men­ded, if you want a good food ex­pe­ri­en­ce. The scenic nature reserve and bird sanctuary Hov Vig is perfect for a quiet walk. The market town of Nykøbing is good for daily amenities, shopping and cafés. A great day out for the kids would be a trip to the amusement park Som­mer­land Zealand, which is just a short drive from the house.
