Welcome inside
The sum­mer­hou­se is bright and ex­cep­tio­nal­ly inviting. From inside the house, there is a beautiful view of the scenic natural grounds. The heart of the home is the open-plan living and dining area, where many wonderful moments can be enjoyed over a good dinner or with an exciting book on the sofa while listening to the crackling of the wood-burning stove. The lovely open kitchen is the perfect spot for quality time with kids or grandkids, perhaps baking a cake to enjoy together on the roofed part of the patio. The house features 2 com­fortab­le bedrooms, 2 alcoves, and a nice bathroom with a shower.

Enjoy life outdoors
The sum­mer­hou­se is situated in a very popular and quiet area, offering plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to sit in peace and simply enjoy the silence. There is plenty of sun throug­hout the day. When it’s time for a dip, follow the private ho­meow­ner­s' as­so­ci­a­tion path to the excellent sandy beach, just an 8–10 minutes’ walk from the house. Remember that during the summer months, you can rinse off the sand under the outdoor cold-water shower. In the evening, you can gaze at the stars while enjoying a glass of wine or a good coffee, after the kids have been tucked into bed.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces
An active day could include a walk in the woods at Sand­flugts­plan­ta­gen or a stroll around the large lake, Dybesø, where you can observe in­cre­di­bly rich birdlife. We also recommend a day at Anneberg Kul­tur­park, where you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce beautiful hi­sto­ri­cal and ar­chi­tec­tu­ral buildings alongside art-in­stal­la­tions scattered throug­hout the park. At An­ne­berg­par­ken, you can also enjoy a fine meal at either Re­stau­rant ERBA or the Michelin-recog­nized Re­stau­rant MOTA for an extra­or­di­nary culinary ex­pe­ri­en­ce. If the day calls for fun acti­vi­ties for both children and adults, we recommend a trip to the Minigolf Park in Højby, featuring an 18-hole mini course that tells the story of Odsherred’s fantastic areas and sights, or what about a day at Som­mer­land Sjælland amusement park. Don’t forget to visit Rørvig Harbour, with the small ferry to Hundested, and visit the lovely fish re­stau­rant to enjoy a large seafood buffet while the kids’ fish for crabs from the pier.
