Welcome inside

Inside you are met by a cosy holiday house at­mosp­he­re with broad plank floor and wooden ceilings. The holiday house is not big but has really good vibes of holiday and re­laxa­tion. The living room, the tallying point of the house where you can chat about the events of the day around the table, has a view to the garden through the big windows. The house has no dis­hwas­hing machine, but you are still the lucky one, if you won the dis­hwas­hing task, because from the kitchen window you can enjoy the fantastic view of the fields and the forest, so this is the place where you may spot roe deer, hares and other forest animals.

Enjoy life outside

The holiday house is located on a beautiful plot with high trees and bushes. There is plenty of room to scamper about, and you can find sun as well as shade. You can also compete in the garden with garden games that you brought along. Outside you may enjoy a nice lunch with the most scenic view to open fields and the forest. The early and maybe cool mornings can be spent in the orangery, as well as the summer evenings, when the dew is falling. There are nice terraces around the house, so it is always possible to find sun or a small sheltered corner.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions

The area, where the holiday house is located, offers plenty of wonderful ex­pe­ri­en­ces. Nature in itself invites to many cosy hours with walks along the coast or in Bognæs forest with many good paths. The coast is not just good for walks but also has good angling spots at the top, Tor­ne­ha­gen. Here you have shallow waters and can fish sea trout as well as garfish when in season. At Fe­ri­e­part­ner we recommend a visit to Hørby Færgekro inn, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner. A visit to the local vineyard Tusen Vin is also to be recom­men­ded, where you can buy local wine and have a guided tour. If you want to turn time back to the good old days, you should visit Nyvang, where you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce a coo­pe­ra­ti­ve village from the middle of the 20th century.
