In the holiday house you will im­me­di­a­te­ly sense the good vibes. Your shoulders will quickly drop, and you will feel that the holidays have finally arrived. The spacious living room in open con­nection with the kitchen makes it possible for you in charge of the cooking to be a part of the con­ver­sa­tion, even though you are busy with the pots. There is a hot tub as well as a sauna, so here you really have the po­s­si­bi­li­ty for a treat. Sharing a nice bottle of wine while star gazing, after the children have been put to bed, is highly recom­men­ded.

Enjoy life outside

The holiday house is located in a cosy area at the Lam­mefjord, close to the canal. You can lie down on the beautiful terrace to enjoy the sun while listening to the birds singing, or you may be lucky to spot a roe deer passing by. Here you can also lose yourself in a good book, while the children are playing in the garden. After a lovely day, where you have tasted the local produce, we recommend a nice bicycle ride to f.inst. Tuse Næs, where you can get your pulse up as well as getting a fantastic nature ex­pe­ri­en­ce.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday house is located in a quiet area by the Isefjord, where you can angle and do kayaking. Do not forget to visit the museum Ma­ler­gaar­den, the artist home of the Swane family; here you can enjoy your picnic basket or coffee together with the bre­ath­taking views. Or Sidinge farm shop where you can buy the famous homemade local juice or others of the good produce that the region is famous for. In the town of Vig you find the big barter market every Wednesday and Saturday during high season, and if you are willing to drive a bit further, you should visit “17 Goals on my Mind”, a world-goal sculpture park, where 17 Danish and in­ter­na­tio­nal artists have created scul­p­tu­res, in­ter­pre­ting the UN world-goal for sustai­na­bi­li­ty. It is also here in the Anneberg Park that you can taste the local beer or processed seaweed. Here you also find one of the two Michelin-star awarded re­stau­rants in the region. And remember that Odsherred offers some of the best sandy beaches in Denmark, and you are less than one hour’s drive from Co­pen­ha­gen.
