Holiday house on quiet road close to the best bathing beach

The Nord­s­trand beach with the salt fresh sea is one of the ab­so­lu­te­ly best bathing beaches in the area. The holiday house is located only a few minutes’ walk from the beach and close to the town and many of the at­tra­ctions in the area.

Welcome inside

In this well designed holiday house with high ceilings and a small loft as an extra play area for the children, you have plenty of room. If you are an early riser, you may sneak out to the terrace and enjoy your first coffee of the day, until the rest of the family wakes up. From the living room there are big windows facing the terrace and the garden, and there is plenty of room for everybody. From the kitchen you have easy access to the terrace, where you can serve dinner or a cool drink before dinner.

Enjoy life outside

The garden is un­dis­tur­bed, sur­ro­un­ded by tall trees and with enough space for playing and acti­vi­ties. The big terrace gives you the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to sit under the porch roof or out in the open, and you may move the sun chairs following the course of the sun all day long. You will enjoy rinsing yourself under the sun-heated outdoor shower after a swim in the sea. The L-shaped house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, and there are plenty of good po­s­si­bi­li­ties for walks and bicycle tours close to the beach area.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions

If you want a break from the sea and beach life, you find the market town Nykøbing Sjælland very close by within walking and cycling distance. Here there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for shopping, cosy boutiques, eating places, su­per­mar­kets, a lively yachting harbour, a forest and a public indoor swimming pool. If the weather does not invite to sun and beach, a visit to Anneberg Culture Park with the historic buildings and versatile acti­vi­ties is worth a visit. Here you may also get a ga­stro­no­mic ex­pe­ri­en­ce out of the ordinary.

Close by you also find the charming small village by the Isefjord, Rørvig, with a fis­h­mon­ger, bistros and cafés plus a lively maritime at­mosp­he­re during summer. Take a walk on the Fjord Path, enjoy the view of the fjord and enjoy the beautiful old houses by the narrow street Strædet.
