The holiday house is built on two levels with two bedrooms and an extra toilet on the first floor. On the ground floor you have a separate kitchen as well as a lounge and a bathroom. The house has a unique location with view of the fjord. You can enjoy the view from the house, the garden and not at least from the balcony on the first floor or from one of the cosy corners in the garden.
Area
You are close to the cosy harbour environment in Nykøbing Sjælland as well as to the pedestrian street with many independent shops and cafés. You should also visit Annebergparken, where you can experience art, culture and the history of the surroundings. You can also enjoy a good dinner at restaurant ERBA, and for something extraordinary, we recommend restaurant MOTA, which has 1 Michelin star. There are many possibilities for good walks close to the house and in the area generally.
