Description

Spacious brick house with a panorama view situated in the first row towards the beach. The house is situated in the small village of Føns south of Middelfart. Lovely child-friendly beach with kiosk and playing field. The house is renovated with a new kitchen, 2 bathrooms and tiled floors with underfloor-heating all over the house. 3 bedrooms, one of which is located in a separate building. The house has a place for a boat at a nearby landing stage. 

The area

The village Føns is located within beautiful nature with large wetlands with a varied birdlife. Also the large woods Fønsskov and around Wedelsborg are not far away and are perfect for nice walks. In Føns there is also a child-friendly beach with a small shop and petanque. The town Middelfart with exciting shops, restaurants and an updated harbor front is about 10 km away from the area.
