Spacious holiday home situated in Skåstrup Strand only 250 meters from the beach. The house contains a small entrance hall, a bathroom with heated floors, 2 bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with one single bed and bunk beds. In addition there is a living room with dining area and energy efficient heat pump and in connection with the kitchen. From the living room there is access to the terrace and garden with swings and sand pit for the children.
The area
The beach in Skåstrup Strand is child-friendly with shallow water. Out of season there are excellent opportunities for windsurfing and fishing. Bogense is 8 km away from the area. Here you find the unique atmosphere which is typical for many towns on Funen with its small built-together houses and paved alleys. On the old market square you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables once a week. Odense, the largest town on Funen, is 30 minutes away by car. Here you can enjoy a great variety of exciting sights and attractions, such as the house of Hans Christian Andersen, the media museum Brandts Klædefabrik, the Danish Railway Museum, the zoo and much more. From the town center it is possible to go on an idyllic boat trip on the river Odense Å. In the large walking streets there are many exciting shops, cafés and restaurants, and in the old town you can join guided watchman tours every evening during the summer period.
