Nice, elder holiday home located on a plot right by the beach in the idyllic holiday home area Lysemose. The beach can be reached via stairs. From the plot and the house you have a fantastic view across the sea. The house is two-storeyed and includes on the ground floor a cosy living room with woodburning stove, large panorama windows towards the sea, separate small kitchen and a bathroom. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms. In the separate building next to the house there is another bedroom. From the living room you can access a large viewing terrace, and by the entrance there is a covered terrace. From this side of the plot you can overview the woods and fields.
The area
Lysemose is a calm holiday home area with only a few holiday houses surrounded by beautiful nature located between the idyllic fishing town Kerteminde and Nyborg. Kerteminde offers a nice town centre with the old built-together houses, the maritime centre Fjord&Bælt with seals, underwater tunnel and much more as well as an idyllic harbour where you can buy fresh fish in the morning. In Nyborg there are a large walking street with shops, restaurants and cafés, a golf course as well as an aquapark.
