This lovely holiday home includes an indoor swimming pool and ac­com­moda­tes up to eight guests. It's well located in the scenic area of Toftum Bjerge, close to a beautiful bathing beach.

Welcome inside
Built in 2009, the house is bright and very inviting. With 144 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room indoors, including four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a practical utility room. The main living area is a combined dining and lounge room with direct access to the terrace and an open con­nection to a well-equipped kitchen. South-facing windows provide excellent natural light and offer a pleasant view of the green garden. The 16 m² indoor swimming pool is located in a dedicated pool area, which also includes one of the home's two bathrooms. It’s also worth men­tio­ning the annex, which has been converted into an activity room where you can enjoy a game of pool or darts.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you can step out onto a lovely terrace with views of the beau­ti­ful­ly un­du­lat­ing landscape. The terrace is south-facing, giving you the best of the sunshine throug­hout the day. There’s plenty of space to set the table for lunch outdoors, and in the evening you can fire up the barbecue. The garden also features a large lawn – perfect for play – and as an extra bonus, there's a play tower with a slide for the children.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is located at the end of a quiet road in the charming and popular holiday home area of Toftum Bjerge. You’ll be sur­ro­un­ded by beautiful nature, steep cliffs, and stunning viewpo­ints that are well worth exploring. From the house, it’s only 800 metres to a great beach and even shorter distance to the local campsite, which has a re­stau­rant and a variety of acti­vi­ties. The hilly terrain offers excellent pa­rag­li­ding op­portu­ni­ties, and a popular golf course is located just a few ki­lo­metres away. If you’re in the mood for excur­sions, you can visit the open-air museum Hjerl Hede – a great ex­pe­ri­en­ce for the whole family – or explore the nearby towns of Struer, Skive, and Holstebro, where cosy pe­de­stri­an streets are filled with in­te­r­e­sting shops, cafés, and re­stau­rants.
