Even when you're indoors, you can enjoy the unspoiled sur­ro­un­dings through the cottage-style windows, offering views of tall trees, green fields and the blue waters of the fjord. After a gentle renova­tion in 2020, the house now presents itself in truly lovely fashion. A perfect balance has been struck between romantic sum­mer­hou­se charm and modern comfort, and the well-appointed rooms invite you to unwind com­ple­te­ly or spend quality time together. When you’re not simply enjoying your coffee while gazing out from the view-filled living room, you can watch films on the flat-screen TV with built-in Chro­mecast. Holiday moments can also be spent preparing delicious meals in the bright and charming kitchen – and chances are you’ll have plenty of time to sleep in, thanks to the two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping spaces. The bathroom features a shower and washing machine, and the house is also equipped with a heat pump for both cooling and heating as needed.

From both the living room and the kitchen, there is direct access to the south-facing terrace area. The senses come alive as birds chirp from the treetops, the scent of wild roses fills the air, and you feel the soft breeze under the summer sun. From the outdoor seating area, you'll have a stunning view of the coastline and the water. Garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a barbecue are all available, setting the scene for many relaxing outdoor moments.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home enjoys a won­der­ful­ly peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac that leads directly to the Limfjord. You’ll only have a few neig­h­bours and will otherwise be sur­ro­un­ded by beautiful nature – ideal if you've come to Venø to swim, take walks, fish, spot deer and hares, or simply enjoy the tranquil­li­ty. Just 1.5 km away you’ll find Venø Kro, where you can enjoy Limfjord oysters, local Venø steak and other regional spe­ci­a­li­ties. Also nearby is the charming harbour with a small kiosk/café, and at the southern tip of the island, the ferry departs for the mainland every 20 minutes.
