Here in Klitgårds Fi­sker­le­je, you live close to the Limfjord, with easy access to both Nibe and Aalborg – but it is also tempting to stay home to relax in the spa bath, on a sofa near the wood-burning stove, or on the 30 m² terrace.

With two com­fortab­le bedrooms, a spa bathroom, and a living room with a wood-burning stove, the summer house offers a great layout for four people. Whether you are a small family, two couples, or here to enjoy some time together, you will feel right at home. A well-equipped kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with the living room, making it easy to chat across the half wall while one of you is cooking – unless you prefer to enjoy preparing meals together, chopping salad and stirring pots. And if the sun is shining when the food is ready, it’s easy to step through the living room’s garden door straight onto the terrace for an outdoor meal.

Enjoy life outside
The lovely wooden terrace extends towards the east and south, so it’s easy to find a sunny spot for your morning coffee or a summery lunch at the garden table. If it gets too warm, you can put up the parasol and move into the shade – and if you have no other plans, you can just stay seated and relax until it’s time to prepare dinner on the grill. The plot is large, offering plenty of space to play on the lawn, and at the bottom of the garden, you’ll find a swing set for the children and a picnic table set nicely sheltered by some trees.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Gliben is a quiet closed road with a pleasant at­mosp­he­re, and beyond the small summer house area stretches the most beautiful nature. A walk to the fjord can easily be done daily, as the beach is just a little over a kilometer away – and if you have brought a bicycle, you can look forward to exploring the local country roads in the lovely farmland landscape. Excur­sions can include visits to Nibe’s charming harbor, the Viking town in Seb­ber­s­und, or Seb­ber­klo­ster Golf Club. Aalborg is only 20 minutes away by car if you want to visit the Kunsten Museum, Aalborg Zoo, or climb to the top of the Aalborg Tower
