Cozy and charming property, located on the island of Nyord with beautiful views of the protected meadows and the water. The house is better known among the locals as "Olivia's house". Hi­sto­ri­cal­ly, Nyord is a pilot island. Olivia was the mother of Nyord's last working pilot - hence the name of the house.

Nyord is something very special. It is a small island north of Møn of almost 5 km2 sur­ro­un­ded by protected and scenic meadows and with unique views of the water. Nyord village itself is car-free, so you quickly feel the peace and quiet that cha­ra­cte­rizes the island. In addition, this house is located in the "quiet end" of the city, where hardly many people walk and with a footpath directly to the meadows and Hyldevang Nature Center with bird tower and shelter site, where you are gu­a­ran­te­ed nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces in a class of their own.

The home, which is a townhouse, is located high and from here you have a beautiful view of the water. In 2018, the house has a com­ple­te­ly new glass door section in the east gable with access to the island's only 1st floor balcony - from here you get a unique panoramic view of the sea and meadows.

The house is furnished with entrance hall with stairs to the 1st floor. Large kitchen / living room with tiled floor and good dining area and exit to the backyard. The kitchen contains: 5 hotplates, oven, extractor hood, re­fri­ge­ra­tor, freezer and electric kettle. Here you will also find the house's two primary heat sources - a wood stove and an air / air heat pump. Large bathroom with tiled floor toilet and bath and hand shower. Eve­rywhe­re there is a good ceiling height, which gives a wonderful feeling of space.

On the ground floor there is 1 room with 1 double bed and a room with 1 bed.

The 1st floor is divided into two large rooms, which are furnished with a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds which are put together as a double bed and a large living room with access to a balcony. There is 1 bed in the living room. This is the house that really invites to total re­laxa­tion.
