Vendal is a beautiful and hilly holiday home area south of Ålbæk Strand close to the town Spøttrup and sights such as Spøttrup Castle, Denmark´s best kept medieval castle, the open air museum Hjerl Hede and the fun park Jesperhus Feriepark. Skive is within driving distance from the area with many good shopping facilities, aqua park and a nice marina. Close by the holiday area there is shopping facilities in Lem.
