The house is full of charm and offers a generous 150 m² spread over two floors. Inside, comfort has been a clear priority – including in the bathroom, which features a spa bath. The ground floor’s spacious living area is bathed in natural light, and the open con­nection between the kitchen and the living room creates the perfect setting for cosy to­get­her­ness around cooking and meals. A wood-burning stove adds a cosy touch to the living room, which also includes a dining area and a sofa corner. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a large bedroom and a utility room with a washing machine, while the first floor offers two ad­di­tio­nal bedrooms. A large part of the upstairs space is dedicated to a lovely lounge with glass doors opening onto a balcony with stunning views of the Limfjord.

Enjoy life outside
The house sits on a lush green plot, well sheltered by trees and perimeter planting. Here, you can enjoy outdoor living and good weather in complete privacy. If you don’t feel like staying on the first-floor balcony, you can also take in the natural sur­ro­un­dings while relaxing on the house’s west- and south-facing terraces.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is located in the village of Træbring, by the Limfjord’s edge in southern Mors. It’s a peaceful, green area with many wonderful nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces just around the corner. A path close to the house leads directly to the beach, making it easy to start your day with a re­fres­hing dip. You can also enjoy long walks along the coast, and if you’ve brought bikes, you can explore the island’s small roads and scenic viewpo­ints. For a day trip, consider visiting Jesperhus Flower Park – one of North Jutland’s top at­tra­ctions – just a little over 15 minutes away by car. The old market town of Nykøbing Mors also offers a special at­mosp­he­re, with cosy eateries, cultural at­tra­ctions, and a charming harbour area.
