Welcome inside
The holiday home has been sitting in this prime wa­ter­front location since 1962, and in 2018, it underwent a major renova­tion. The result is a reso­un­ding success, with all rooms on both the ground floor and first floor appearing bright and inviting. The furniture has been carefully selected to create a wonderful retro vibe. You’ll im­me­di­a­te­ly feel like settling into the living room with a good cup of coffee and a cap­ti­vat­ing book – and perhaps a fire in the fireplace, if the weather calls for it. In addition to the living room, the ground floor includes a well-equipped kitchen and a neat bathroom, while upstairs you’ll find two good bedrooms, both furnished with double beds. A sofa bed in the living room adds extra sleeping space, allowing up to six people to stay in the house.

Enjoy life outside
The natural plot measures 1,378 m² and, un­sur­pri­sing­ly, offers a stunning view of the fjord. You can admire the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings from the terrace, which is partially sheltered and won­der­ful­ly sunny thanks to its south-western ori­en­ta­tion. In addition to a lawn, the plot also features a pétanque court, and the outdoor shower lets you enjoy a morning rinse or a quick wash after a trip to the beach.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is beau­ti­ful­ly situated on Hesterøodde, where eve­ryt­hing exudes peace and tranquil­li­ty. The road ends in a cul-de-sac and leads straight to the water, so after just 100 metres, you’ll find your­sel­ves on the beach with an unob­structed view across the bay towards Jegindø and Kås Hoved. If you're not simply strolling and soaking in the calm at­mosp­he­re, there are plenty of acti­vi­ties in the local area. You could visit the nearby Sil­ler­s­lev Beach, enjoy a day at Jesperhus Flower Park, or go for a long hike in the hilly terrain of Legind Bjerge. Groceries are easily handled in Øster Assels – and you might even be lucky enough to catch some of your own dinner, as the fishing op­portu­ni­ties near the holiday home are excellent.
