After cooking in the open-plan kitchen, it’s a pleasure to gather at the dining table to continue the con­ver­sa­tion over a delicious meal. When it’s time for bed, you can settle into one of the two bedrooms or head out to the annex, which has an ad­di­tio­nal double bed. As a thought­ful feature, there’s a bathroom in both buildings—and the bathroom in the main house includes both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Enjoy life outside
The back garden is a lovely private oasis, screened from neig­h­bours and the road by hedges and fencing. There’s a lawn where you can play Viking games or let the dog run free, if you’ve brought one along. The terrace faces south and is partially covered, furnished with a barbecue, quality garden furniture, and sun loungers—perfect for enjoying the outdoor life from morning to night.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the holiday home, it’s just a 100-metre walk before you’re standing on the shore, gazing out across the beach and the Limfjord. Bring your swimwear or SUP boards and take a quick dip or head out on the water—unless you prefer to stay on land and hunt for beautiful seashells. Close to the house, you’ll find a beach vol­ley­ball court, and there’s also a play­gro­und in the nearby Østre Anlæg park, where you can take a stroll and enjoy the green sur­ro­un­dings. You can also head into the town centre of Nykøbing Mors, which offers a good selection of shops and eateries as well as a charming harbour at­mosp­he­re.
