Welcome inside

You will live in a house that is well furnished with an open, modern layout. The entire house is open to the skylights, skylights with a nice light and the large floor-to-ceiling windows open up the view of the forest around the house. There is plenty of space for all of you and the house is furnished with beautiful furniture and art on the walls. The living room, dining room and kitchen are in an open con­nection and here you can be close together, even if you are staying in the dining room, kitchen or living room. There is a spacious dining area with extra plates for the table, so you can easily sit around the table. The living room has a lovely corner sofa as well as a wood-burning stove and 65-inch te­le­vi­sion, with soundbar including subwoofer. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 of the bedrooms have double box mattres­ses, the 3rd bedroom is furnished with bunk beds and a pull-out bed where two can sleep and where the room is furnished with a TV, desk and toys, perfect for the kids - and such good mattres­ses that it will also be able to sleep 4 adults. On the large loft there are also 2 mattres­ses. The house has 2 newly decorated bathrooms, one with toilet, sink and shower, as well as a large sauna. The other with toilet, sink and shower. There is un­der­floor heating in both bathrooms.

Enjoy life outside

The summer house's garden is a large natural plot in the middle of the forest. From the house you have 200 meters to Ulvshale Skov, which is a large peace forest that has been untouched for 185 years. Here it is 450 meters to the coast and 1800 meters to Ulvshale Strand, which is Møn's best beach. There is access to the garden's covered wooden terrace from the living room. Here you can enjoy each other's company and eat your meals of the day. Often a squirrel, roe deer or hare will come by. There are many exciting bird species here, because the area is an EU-protected breeding and resting place for waterfowl. And when the calm subsides, you can sit out here and enjoy the peace with a glass of wine and look up at an in­cre­di­bly clear starry sky. Ulvshale is a well-known 'Dark Sky' area, where there is no light pollution from cities and roads. There is a charger for electric cars in the shed, where the electri­ci­ty consump­tion is re­gi­ste­red on the electri­ci­ty consump­tion you otherwise have. You can store bicycles/bicycle trailers in the shed, as well as on the extra covered terrace that is attached to the house.

Here you have the ideal starting point for a fantastic holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ce. Perfect for the family who wants to live in the middle of the Danish forest, where nature offers a rich animal and plant life and where you can explore the many po­s­si­bi­li­ties of the area. Go for nice walks and bike rides and enjoy the beach life, visit the nearby campsite to shop in the small kiosk. The cottage is only 7 km from the charming old trading town of Stege with good shopping op­portu­ni­ties, cafes and re­stau­rants, exciting shops with local crafts and an excellent wine shop - and not least the famous Tuesday markets in the summer season. Ex­pe­ri­en­ce the island of Nyord and the im­pres­si­ve Møns Klint within a few ki­lo­me­ters.
