The summer house/apartment is located in a SEPARATE BUILDING on the plot, which also houses the owner's year-round house.

Interior

The living room has a dining area and access to a terrace.

There is a TV, Danish channels and a radio.

The kit­che­net­te is equipped with a stove, oven, re­fri­ge­ra­tor, dis­hwas­her, coffee maker, electric kettle and all the usual tableware and kit­chenwa­re.

Bathroom with toilet, shower. Also a washing machine.

There is free WiFi per week up to 7GB, then DKK 100.00 per 10GB.

Outdoors

The house is located on a natural plot. The house appears solidly built and well main­tai­ned, there is a screened plot and a lovely terrace belonging to the house.

The house has good garden furniture which can of course be used.

Location

The house is located on a quiet "dead end" road, which can be followed in 10 minutes on foot and you are on a secluded beach. In addition, the location invites you to long walks in the forest or visits to the sur­ro­un­ding area, for example. Stege, Præstø or Vor­ding­borg can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. Or treat yourself to a visit to the Michelin re­stau­rant Fre­de­riks­min­de in Præstø - an absolute top-class ex­pe­ri­en­ce.
