Beautiful summer house, situated on a lovely plot, close to Råbylille Beach.

To the left there is a nice bedroom with a double bed.

To the right, there is a nice bathroom with shower and toilet and sink, as well as a sauna.

Further on, there is one more room with 1 single bed and a cot with changing area.

Another room with a double bed. All rooms have wooden floors.

Kitchen and living room are in one. In the kitchen part there is a heat pump and there is an exit to one of 2 terraces.

The kitchen contains 4 ceramic hobs, oven and hood, as well as a fridge with freezer com­part­ment and a dis­hwas­her. There is an electric kettle and coffee machine as well as a toaster.

From the kitchen there is access to the utility room with top-operated washing machine and access to the garden.

The living room is nicely furnished with a wood-burning stove and sofa and chair and TV, as well as a dining area and access to a large covered terrace with garden furniture and 2 deck chairs.

It is 6-7 km to Stege, where there are good shopping op­portu­ni­ties and approx. 5 km to Møns Golf Course.

The house is located by Råbylille beach, which is known for being one of the island's best bathing beaches, here you are close to many good hiking and cycling routes. Nature is right outside the door and not far from Råbylille beach there is a farm where Møn ice cream produced from the cows on the farm is sold. Møn is on UNESCO's World Heritage list because of its unique nature. Møns Klint and the Geocenter are de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit.
