Here you will live 20 meters from the beach and you can enjoy a relaxing holiday sur­ro­un­ded by nature, fresh sea air and the special tranqui­li­ty that cha­ra­cte­rizes the coast of Møn. Inside you are greeted by a bright and inviting living room, where a newly renovated kitchen and living room are combined in an open con­nection. Here the family can gather around cooking, cozy meals and relaxing evenings in front of the stove. The heat pump ensures a com­fortab­le tem­pe­ra­tu­re all year round. The large patio doors let in the light and create a natural con­nection between indoor and outdoor life. The house has three good bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and wardrobes, 1 with a double bed and chest of drawers, and 1 with a double sofa bed. The bathroom is newly renovated and neat with un­der­floor heating, toilet, sink and shower.

Enjoy life outside

The greatest quality of the summer house is found right outside the door, here there is direct access to one of Møn's best beaches. The large natural plot of 1,355 m² provides plenty of space for both play, re­laxa­tion and holiday enjoyment. Here, children can frolic on the grass, while adults enjoy the sun in one of the garden's cozy sun loungers. The house also offers both east- and west-facing, covered terraces, so you can always find a good spot in the sun or shelter from the wind. Start the day with your morning coffee to the sound of the waves, and end it with long summer evenings under the open sky, while the sun slowly sets over the landscape.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

This area on Møn has the perfect setting for a suc­ces­sful holiday, where there is room for the whole family. You will live in the middle of Møn's nature - close to the forest and beach. The local area offers outdoor acti­vi­ties such as swimming, fishing and hiking and cycling. You can visit Møns Klint and the Geocenter, where there are plenty of ex­pe­ri­en­ces for children and adults. A short distance to the lovely island of Nyord where the town itself is car-free. On Nyord there are several different small farm shops and local artists. The nearest shopping option is the cozy market town of Stege, where there are several specialty stores with a large selection of local pro­du­cer­s' goods. Here you will also find good re­stau­rants, as well as grocery stores and the famous Tuesday markets in the summer season. Møn is on UNESCO's list of world heritage sites as a biosphere reserve because of the fantastic nature and Møns Klint.
