Entrance to a small entrance hall corner of the kitchen-dining room, where you enter directly into the heart of the house. From here you have free access to the kitchen department, which contains everything you need for the holiday. The kitchen is in a completely open connection with the living room, and contains a sofa group with TV, and large windows facing the garden. A large dining table separates the kitchen from the living room.
In addition to the kitchen and the living room, the house contains 4 good bedrooms, an extra bathroom with shower and WC, and of course the large swimming pool section, which contains both a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and a bathroom with WC, shower and washing column.
The 4 bedrooms together contain 3 double beds, a double bed and a bunk bed, so there are 10 sleeping places in the house.
Outdoor
The house is situated on a beautiful plot, with a large and lovely south-facing wooden terrace, where the sun can be enjoyed all day long. In addition, the garden offers a buried trampoline, cozy fire pit which can be enjoyed both from the terrace or from the newly built Shelter, sandbox for the smallest, 2 pcs. soccer goals and a swing set.
Location
Located in the south of Marielyst, which offers plenty of peace and quiet, yet only 3.5 kilometers to Marielyst square and center, where you can enjoy the many restaurants and attractions that the area has to offer throughout the summer. In addition, there is still less than 1000 meters to the fantastic bathing beach.
