Well maintained, beautiful and brightly decorated holiday home, with 4 good bedrooms where the 3 of the bedrooms have a double bed and the last room has a bunk bed. A large and beautifully appointed bathroom, with WC, shower, sauna and hot tub, as well as a small guest toilet in the hallway.
The kitchen-living room of the house is divided into a modern kitchen, with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and much more and only separated to the dining area and the living room by a bar counter. At the kitchen there is a staircase to the first floor where there is a loft.
From the kitchen-living room there is access to the lovely wooden terrace and garden, which contains both garden furniture and barbecue.

Delicious wooden terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. With a central location on Marielyst, in a lovely holiday home area, which offers both green common areas with plenty of room for ball games and play with the whole family, but also small rivers that extend throughout the area.

The house is located in Marielyst Strandpark, close to the bowling center, and no more than 1000 meters to Marielyst center and square.
