Interior
Bright and delicious wooden house, which is furnished with 3 good bedrooms, a bathroom with WC and shower cabin, a kitchen in a partially open connection with the living room, which contains both a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and hob.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, wood-burning stove and TV section on one side, where there is also an alcove with 2 sleeping places. On the other side of the living room is the dining area, and in the middle of the living room there is access to the lovely partially covered terrace, where the sun is always shining.
TV: There are no TV channels in the house, but there is a google chromecast in the television, as well as a log-in for Stofa's webtv app. There is a tablet in the house which is logged in, and the TV channels are controlled from here.
Outdoor
Located on a lovely plot, with good border planting and plenty of lawn for ball games and play. There is also a sandbox on the grounds for the very little ones.
Location
With a good location a little south of Marielyst square and the center, yet only 400 meters to the grocery store and only about 800 meters to the beautiful beach, on a nice closed road with minimal noise. From the house, it is only 1,500 meters to Marielyst Golf & Fun Park, where the whole family can compete in mini golf, soccer golf and many other fun things.
