The summer house offers an entrance hall, with entrance to the house's open kitchen. Here there is a dining area and a cozy corner. From here there is access to the house's beautiful terraces. In addition, the house offers a large, lovely living room with a wood-burning stove, 2 good bedrooms with a double bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed in the other bedroom. From the living room of the house there is access to the terrace, as well as to the house's annex. In the annex there are 2 sleeping places, with 2 single beds. Finally, the summer house offers a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.

The summer house is located on a 1007 sqm plot. The summer house has 2 beautiful terraces, so the sun can be enjoyed all day. There is garden furniture on both terraces, and there is also a barbecue on one terrace. In addition to the beautiful terraces, the summer house has a lawn, where there is room for a lot of fun and play.

The summer house is only approx. 100 meters from the beautiful beach and approx. 2000 meters to the nearest su­per­mar­ket. The cottage is centrally located, and from the cottage it is not far to Ma­ri­e­lyst's many acti­vi­ties, such as Golf and Fun, the Bowling Center and Marielyst Golf. In addition, there is a short drive to Nykøbing F. which offers shopping, re­stau­rants and various acti­vi­ties.
