A really nice and extremely well-main­tai­ned holiday home, which offers 3 good bedrooms, of which one bedroom has 1 double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds and the last bedroom has a bunk bed. In addition, the cottage has a bathroom with toilet and shower. Last but not least, the heart of the house, which is the beautiful kitchen-dining room, which contains an open kitchen, a dining area near the kitchen, and a living room and sofa area at the other end. From the living room there is also access to a partially covered terrace and a beautiful garden.

The summer house is located on a 1200 m2 lot with plenty of space for various acti­vi­ties on the lawn. In addition, the summer house has a beautiful terrace which is partially covered, the terrace invites you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. On the terrace you will find garden furniture and a barbecue.

With a great location in the middle of Marielyst town, only a short 500 meters up to the center of Marielyst and the square, yet set back from the square so there is no noise. Not far from the holiday home is the Bowling Center, Golf & Fun and the Golf Club, as well as Marielyst Beach, which is less than 900 meters away.
