The house is located right down to the water, sur­ro­un­ded by a beautiful, secluded garden with 4 terraces, nooks and crannies, where you can retreat with a book or enjoy a glass of wine with the sea as a backdrop.

Here you can feel nature up close, both inside and out – all year round. When the summer days get long, you can swim directly on the beach, rinse off at the outdoor shower, grill fresh produce, eat out on the terrace and let the children play in the garden. And when the wind blows, you light up the fire inside while enjoying the view through the house's large windows.

Indoors – light, air and space for presence

Imagine sitting in the living room, while the gentle sound of the waves fills the room like ba­ck­gro­und music. From the sofa you have an unob­structed view of the Baltic Sea – the sound and light draw the sea right into the house, and on cool days you can light up inside while nature unfolds before you.

From the living room there is access to several terraces and the large, unob­structed garden, where both morning coffee and dinner are enjoyed with the sea as a backdrop.

Sleep well – wake up to the sound of the waves

On the ground floor you will find a bright and quiet bedroom with a double bed – perfect for those who want to fall asleep with the rhythm of the sea close by. On the first floor is a cozy room with two single beds – ideal for children or guests who want to wake up with a view of the sky and sea.

In the garden is the annex, where a double bed allows you to retreat to your own private little oasis – perhaps for teenagers or friends who want peace and quiet.

Two beautiful bathrooms with shower and toilet mean that no one has to wait – even with many people in the house.

Practical – discreet, but well thought out

Behind the front door you will find a spacious hallway with access to a utility room with a washing column and freezer – perfect for doing the practical things after a trip to the beach. And with an outdoor shower in the garden you can rinse off the sand before entering the house.

Of course there is a 65 inch OLED TV with streaming, 1000Mbit fiber network, electric heating and air con­di­tio­ning down to 16 degrees if the summer gets a little too hot.
