Indoors, you have 96 m² to enjoy, and every single square meter is presented in a neat and well-main­tai­ned manner. All rooms are kept in light and muted tones, the natural light is lovely, and the tasteful fur­nis­hin­gs help ensure that you feel com­fortab­le and relaxed. The layout makes it an ideal vacation home for six people. In addition to four good bedrooms and a spacious bathroom, the living room and kitchen are centrally located in the middle of the house. Here, you can enjoy cooking together and then enjoy a delicious meal at the dining table. If you need re­laxa­tion in the evening, you can unwind in the sofa area and find an exciting movie on the flat-screen TV.

Enjoy life outside
The latest im­prove­ment on the 1,842 m² plot occurred in the spring of 2022 when a large wooden terrace was establis­hed around the house. This is the perfect place to sunbathe, barbecue, and relax in a peaceful en­viron­ment – and if you want to enjoy the view, you should move to the terrace area outside the kitchen, where you can see all the way to Rubjerg Knude Ligh­t­hou­se. The plot also features a sandbox and swing, and the lawn is perfect for playing and ball games.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The private road Soltoften is centrally located in Nr. Lyngby. From the holiday home, it only takes five minutes to walk to Sol­ned­gangs­plad­sen, where you can enjoy the mag­ni­fi­cent view of the North Sea, and if you want to get down to the beach, it’s also easily ac­ces­sib­le. The coastal landscape is im­pres­si­ve­ly beautiful due to the steep cliff: It not only provides pheno­me­nal viewpo­ints but is also the reason why Nr. Lyngby is popular among pa­rag­li­ders. In Nr. Lyngby, there are op­portu­ni­ties to eat out, but you can also drive to the nearby Løkken if you want to combine a re­stau­rant visit with shopping or bowling and go-karting at Action House.
