This cosy thatched house, ori­gi­nal­ly built in the year 1900 and gently renovated in 2025, welcomes you with a bright and homely at­mosp­he­re. The house combines its original charm with modern comfort – and you’ll feel it as soon as you step inside. The décor is Scan­di­navi­an and warm, featuring light surfaces, rustic details, and fur­nis­hin­gs designed for re­laxa­tion. The open living area creates a natural setting for spending time together, as the kitchen and living room blend seam­les­s­ly so con­ver­sa­tions can flow from cooking to couch time. The large windows and views of the green sur­ro­un­dings make this room a natural gathering spot, and here, you’ll truly feel that the holiday has begun.

Enjoy life outside
The large natural plot offers plenty of space to explore and enjoy. The garden provides both sunshine and shelter, thanks to tall trees and dense bushes sur­ro­un­ding it. There’s plenty of room for children to run free, climb trees, and play, while the adults can enjoy peace and sunshine on the terrace. Just a few metres from the house is the local play­gro­und, which quickly becomes a favourite for kids of all ages. Here you’ll find swings, climbing frames, a zipline, ramps, ba­sket­ball and a football pitch. The peaceful sur­ro­un­dings and diverse plant life make Lille Hegnet a de­light­ful place to spend time – both morning and evening. And as the sun begins to set over the landscape, there’s hardly anything more charming than firing up the barbecue and enjoying your evening meal under the open sky in the glow of the golden sunset.

The area invites you to go hiking, biking, or spend quiet days with your toes in the sand. For even more nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces, we recommend Gølstrup Put & Take (600 m) and Jelstrup ATV (1.8 km). The North Sea is also within easy reach, offering wide sandy beaches, the scent of saltwater, and the soothing sound of waves. If you’re looking for a bit of town life, you’re not far from Lønstrup or Løkken, where you’ll find arts and crafts, cafés, and that special summer vibe.
