On the ground floor, the property offers a nice entrance hall, with stairs up to the 1st floor, 3 good living rooms, one of which is a classic dining room, and the other 2 are furnished as sofas and living rooms with good light that exude coziness, as well as a kitchen with everything needed for the holiday, and a nice guest toilet.
On the 1st floor you will find a bathroom with WC and bath, 4 good bedrooms, each of which contains a double bed, and a single room with a single bed.
In the basement there is both a bath and a utility room with a washing column.
Outdoor
With the exit from the dining room, you come out to a beautiful garden with plenty of space for play and fun, as well as a lovely terrace with garden furniture that invites you to enjoy the summer evenings.
Location
The leisure center is located directly opposite the beautiful pleasure forest with a large and enclosed playground, within walking distance to shopping opportunities and just a short drive to Lalandia and Knuthenborg.
