The summer house contains an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, with a double bed in 2 of the bedrooms and 1 single bed in the 3rd bedroom. Next is a bathroom, with toilet, shower and washing machine. In addition, there is a kitchen, with a dining area and sofa area. In the living room there is an extra sleeping place. From the kitchen there is access to the house's terrace.

The summer house is located on a 1523 sqm plot with plenty of space for outdoor acti­vi­ties on the lawn. The house has a covered terrace, on the terrace there is garden furniture and a barbecue. In the garden there is a wild bath and outdoor sauna, where cozy hours can be enjoyed.

The summer house is located in beautiful Hyldtofte, with a short distance to the water. Here you can feel the summer house idyll and peace and quiet. The perfect holiday at­mosp­he­re. Take an evening walk and watch the sun set into the waves. Enjoy a trip to La­lan­di­a's large water park and re­stau­rants (which also offer take-away), which are within driving distance of the cottage or take a shopping trip with the ferry to Germany. There are several shopping options in Rødbyhavn, where you can buy your daily ne­ces­si­ties or drive to the cathedral town of Maribo and eat an ice cream in the market square. If you have an appetite for more ex­pe­ri­en­ces, Knut­hen­borg Safari Park is recom­men­ded to be explored. In the evening, games can be played around the dining table while the fire crackles in the wood-burning stove.
