It is certainly no exag­ge­ra­tion to say that this holiday home enjoys an ex­cep­tio­nal­ly scenic location by Nørlev Beach: the North Sea and the white sandy beach await just 100 metres away, and as you can see in the photos, horses often graze in the low dunes just south of the house. In other words, you have a beautiful and peaceful setting when enjoying life here at Udemarken 24.

Welcome inside
Inside the holiday home, there are vaulted ceilings and untreated wooden panels on the walls in several rooms, and this rustic look blends perfectly with the natural sur­ro­un­dings. The living room and kitchen are fun­ctio­nal­ly combined in an open-plan layout, and a wood-burning stove is ready if you feel like turning up both the tem­pe­ra­tu­re and the cosy at­mosp­he­re. Adjacent to the living area is a white-painted bay window, which is a wonderful spot to sit in a ray of sunshine with a good book—or simply let your thoughts wander while gazing out over the rolling dune landscape. The cosy and homely at­mosp­he­re extends to the rest of the house, which includes three good bedrooms—one of which has direct access to a loft via a ladder or wall-mounted climbing grips.

Enjoy life outside
The natural plot sur­ro­un­ding the house is both large and beautiful, and the sur­ro­un­dings become even more idyllic when horses or cows graze in the neig­h­bouring fields. A lovely wooden terrace extends to the east, south, and west, and not only from the living room but also from one of the bedrooms do you have direct access to the outdoor areas—making it easy to step outside for fresh air first thing in the morning. Throug­hout the day, you will have plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to find a sunny spot, and with com­fortab­le garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue, eve­ryt­hing is set for enjoying the best of life during the bright summer days.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Nørlev Beach awaits just beyond the outermost dune ridge, only 100 metres away, and you can likely hear the soothing sound of the North Sea as a pleasant backdrop. If you want more than just the sound and would like to see the open water, it only takes a moment to walk down to the beach. Here you can enjoy a re­fres­hing swim in the sunshine, take a windy walk along the shoreline, or simply relax in the sand—depending on your mood. Nørlev lies just north of Lønstrup, a charming small holiday town espe­ci­al­ly known for its local artisans and highly acclaimed dining spots—including the Michelin re­stau­rant Villa Vest. Further north lies Skallerup Seaside Resort with acti­vi­ties for the whole family and the famous wellness area Romulus. The nearest larger town is Hjørring, offering a cinema, theatre, shopping centre, and a pe­de­stri­an street with exciting shops and great cafés.

Remember that you can always borrow pull carts, high chairs, and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Lønstrup. You can pick them up directly at our office and return them once your holiday has come to an end.
