In 2022, it underwent an extensive renova­tion from floor to ceiling, including new windows, new doors, new exterior cladding, new ceilings and floors, and a com­ple­te­ly new bathroom. The result is a house that combines authentic North Sea charm with all the comfort needed for a truly relaxing holiday.

The living room opens up to the south and west through large windows and patio doors, filling the space with natural light and creating a seamless con­nection to the garden. The fur­nis­hin­gs have been carefully selected to com­ple­ment the bright and welcoming sur­ro­un­dings — and on cooler days, the open fireplace makes it easy to settle into the sofa with a good book and a cup of tea. The house is equipped with both a heat pump and electric heating, ensuring a com­fortab­le indoor climate all year round. For en­tertain­ment, there is a flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast and ultra-fast wireless internet, so streaming is always just a few clicks away.

The house offers three bedrooms and ac­com­moda­tes up to six guests — ideal for a family or two couples looking to share an un­for­get­tab­le week by the coast.

Enjoy life outside
The property is privately situated, sur­ro­un­ded by rosehip bushes and wind-shaped pine trees that provide shelter and create the feeling of having nature all to your­sel­ves. Here, there is plenty of room to breathe deeply, slow down and enjoy the tranquil­li­ty that can only be found far away from busy roads and crowded beaches. The terrace areas extend around three sides of the house, while the natural ve­ge­ta­tion creates sheltered corners where you can always find a warm and protected spot, re­gard­less of the wind direction. Relax in the garden furniture, enjoy a nap on the sun loungers, or gather around the outdoor fire pit when evening falls and the sky above the North Sea begins to glow with colour. A small path leads directly from the property down to the North Sea — just 265 metres away and only a few minutes on foot. Follow the beach south and within three ki­lo­metres you will reach Lønstrup, one of Denmark’s most charming seaside towns, with cafés, galleries and an ex­cep­tio­nal con­cen­tra­tion of local artisans. In the opposite direction, just 800 metres away, lies Skallerup Seaside Resort with its water park, wellness fa­ci­li­ties and bowling centre — easily ac­ces­sib­le on foot or by bicycle. The specta­cu­lar Rubjerg Knude Ligh­t­hou­se is also only a short excursion away.
