Inside, you have a generous 162 m² to spread out, providing ample space for eight guests and two pets. The central gathering area is the living room, a neat and well-main­tai­ned space with a wood-burning stove and an open kitchen. An alcove and two loft areas are also part of the living space, offering cozy corners for family members, big or small, to relax with a good book or play on their devices. The layout also includes four com­fortab­le bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is part of the wellness area. Here, you can enjoy the spa and sauna, while the pool gives you the chance to splash around for fun or swim laps to stay fit.

Enjoy life outside
There is also plenty of room for both re­laxa­tion and outdoor acti­vi­ties on the 1,568 m² plot. On the lawn, you can play ball games or garden games, while children can enjoy the sandbox and swings. If you mainly want to soak up the sun, you can simply choose one of the three terraces to lounge on.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Skærgårdsvej is a small, closed road, so traffic is minimal and the sur­ro­un­dings are extremely peaceful. At the same time, you have easy access to beautiful nature and charming holiday acti­vi­ties, with the coast and Lønstrup’s pi­c­tu­resque town center – featuring shops, a cinema, galleries, and working artist studios – within walking distance. Lønstrup Beach is a car-free beach with safe swimming con­di­tions for both children and adults. There is also a fishing pier where you can bring your rod and try to catch dinner yourself. If luck isn’t on your side, you can enjoy a meal at one of the town’s good re­stau­rants or stock up at the su­per­mar­ket before heading back to the lovely holiday home.
