This holiday home once housed the farm’s tractors and other machinery, and it was important to the farm family to preserve the original charm when they decided to convert it into a holiday home. They teamed up with a skilled architect and a local carpenter with an eye for detail, resulting in a very special 130 m² holiday home, perfectly designed to frame your holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The house is spread over two floors and features a large living room and a stylish kitchen-dining area with a split-level design and a skylight. The kitchen is equipped with a dis­hwas­her, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, and freezer. The interior exudes charm and attention to detail, with a thought­ful layout and carefully co­or­di­na­ted colors. On the first floor, you will find a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds, as well as a cozy and charming alcove.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home has its own private garden. From the garden, you can enjoy direct views of Rubjerg Knude Ligh­t­hou­se to the southwest, and to the east, Ven­neb­jerg Church and Ven­neb­jerg Mill. On the farm, there is a small herd of Highland cattle, chickens, a dog, and, naturally, birds, deer, pheasants, and other wildlife. The garden is furnished with outdoor furniture, a sun lounger, a grill, and a play tower for the children. There is also a large apple tree, and the garden is enclosed by a dense beech hedge.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home at Hol­land­gaard is centrally located yet private – in the sweet spot between Rubjerg Knude Ligh­t­hou­se and Lønstrup town. There is plenty of space for both children and adults. The property covers ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 19 hectares (26 football fields) with abundant wildlife and, of course, the farm’s own organic cattle. Visiting in winter, you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce the animals up close in the barn.

Remember, you can always borrow whe­el­bar­rows, high chairs, and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Lønstrup. You can pick them up directly at the agency and return them when your holiday is over.
