The sum­mer­hou­se is ta­ste­ful­ly and pra­cti­cal­ly furnished with top-quality materials. A highlight is the beautiful Invita kitchen, perfect for culinary creations. From the kitchen, double garden doors open onto a covered terrace, ideal for enjoying your meals outdoors. Just a few steps up from the kitchen is the ta­ste­ful­ly furnished living room with stylish, modern furniture. From here, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the North Sea. The house is well-insulated, with un­der­floor heating and a water-to-air heat pump, keeping energy costs rea­so­nab­le. The wood-burning stove provides extra warmth on chilly evenings and adds to the cozy at­mosp­he­re. Large panoramic windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space. The loft is furnished with two mattres­ses and a couple of com­fortab­le “Fatboys,” perfect for relaxing while st­ar­ga­zing through the skylight. There are three well-sized bedrooms, all with double beds and ample wardrobe space. The house has two bathrooms, one of which features a spa and an infrared sauna.

Enjoy life outside
The sum­mer­hou­se sits on a gently sloping natural plot with sea views and offers several inviting terraces around the property. In the morning, the east-facing terrace is perfect for coffee in the sun, while during the day and evening you can lounge on a com­fortab­le sunbed or relax under the covered terrace in shelter from the wind.

Nørlev Strand offers bre­ath­taking natural sur­ro­un­dings, with inland dunes to the east and the roaring North Sea to the west. The beach is only 150 meters away, making it easy to take a dip in the waves. Within walking distance, you’ll find Skallerup Seaside Resort, offering acti­vi­ties for the whole family. The nearest larger town, Hjørring, provides excellent shopping op­portu­ni­ties. Lønstrup is also worth a visit, with working artist studios, cozy cafés, and quality re­stau­rants.
