Cozy holiday home with pool area, dog enclosure and scenic views
Not only children and adults, but also four-legged family members can look forward to a wonderful holiday in this lovely holiday home at Nørlev Strand. Indoors, the house offers a wellness area with a pool and sauna, and outside there is a dog enclosure, play fa­ci­li­ties and plenty of cosy corners on the large natural plot.

Welcome inside
This 119 m2 holiday home was renovated in 2021 and is com­fortably furnished and appears very well main­tai­ned.

Energy-efficient solutions have also been pri­o­ri­ti­sed – and the house has been awarded a bronze pinecone in the new labelling scheme Koglemærket – Focus on Energy. This means that the house meets high standards for energy ef­fi­ci­en­cy and actively con­tri­bu­tes to the green tran­si­tion.

The layout is well suited for eight people with two bathrooms and three bedrooms – one of which is equipped with two bunk beds, making it ideal for children if two families are ho­li­daying together. Everyone can gather in the living room, which is a lovely space with a wood-burning stove, a large sofa and a cosy dining area po­si­tio­ned by a large window. There is also a tasteful, well-appointed and bright kitchen with a Quooker tap. At the other end of the holiday home is the pool area, where you can relax in the sauna. The pool was further insulated in 2023, and a new liner has been added to help retain heat. If you are in the mood for exercise, you can use the swim trainer in the pool, and if you prefer splashing and playing, the slide will surely be a hit.

Enjoy life outside
On the 2,500 m2 natural plot, a wonderful outdoor setting awaits with plenty of space for play and re­laxa­tion. For children there is a tram­po­li­ne and swings, and even the dogs have been con­si­de­red with a shaded dog enclosure and dog house. Around the holiday home you will find several terraces. You can start the day with a quiet cup of coffee on the sheltered east-facing terrace – with birdsong and views towards the inland dunes, it is something truly special to sit here as the sun rises. You can also enjoy life on the enclosed wooden terrace that extends to the south and west of the house. In addition, there are several com­fortab­le pallet sofas placed around the plot, making it easy to find the perfect spot to relax. Finally, there is a 11 kW charging station with a Type 2 connector for electric cars.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
On the small, closed Jævndøgnsvej, the holiday home is set against an open landscape and very close to Lien and the Skallerup inland dunes. The wildlife is abundant in the area, so you may well spot deer or hares darting across the landscape when you go hiking in the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings. From the holiday home it is about 600 metres to the beach, so if you want to enjoy views of the North Sea or take a dip in the waves, you can be there in just a few minutes. Skallerup Seaside Resort is also within walking distance, and a few ki­lo­metres away you will find Lønstrup.

Please note that you can always borrow handcarts, high chairs and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Lønstrup. You can pick them up directly at the agency and return them again when your holiday is over.
