Welcome inside
Built in 2023, the house presents itself elegantly with its stylish ar­chi­tec­tu­re, providing an exclusive and sop­hi­sti­ca­ted setting for your holiday. Inside, you are greeted by large, bright rooms and a wonderful at­mosp­he­re throug­hout – every detail has been carefully con­si­de­red. The living area features a vaulted ceiling, which, along with the large windows, enhances the feeling of light and space. The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living area, allowing shared meals to be enjoyed at the long dining table. There is also a wood-burning stove and a cozy sofa corner for relaxing indoors after dinner. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, the house includes an activity room where you can challenge each other at pool and table tennis. The house also has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Note that there is an air-to-water heat pump, making the house energy-efficient.

Enjoy life outside
The summer house is very peaceful and private on a 1,843 m² natural plot. The sur­ro­un­ding houses are far away, giving you a true sense of being immersed in nature. From the living area, several doors lead out to the terraces that wrap around the house – a perfect spot to relax in a sun lounger with a good crime novel and simply enjoy the tranqui­li­ty. There is ample space for outdoor meals, and part of the terrace is covered, so you can still enjoy the outdoors if a summer shower passes by. The large plot also includes a flat lawn, ideal for play and ball games for the younger members of the family.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Hunderup Klitvej is sur­ro­un­ded by nature and open fields, offering great op­portu­ni­ties for long walks in the fresh air. At the same time, you have easy access to all the wonderful holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ces in Lønstrup. Here you will find cozy re­stau­rants and shops, and the town is also known for its many talented artisans and galleries. The natural sur­ro­un­dings are beautiful, and the inland dunes provide a lovely backdrop for hiking. A swim in the North Sea is also highly recom­men­ded for both body and mind. For excur­sions, you can head to Rubjerg Knude, Hirtshals, or continue up to Skagen, where the two seas meet at the tip of Denmark.
