On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living area where the kitchen and lounge are connected in an open-plan layout – perfect for spending time together, whether you are cooking or relaxing. The light surfaces and timeless interior create a calm and pleasant at­mosp­he­re. At the same time, the efficient district heating ensures a com­fortab­le indoor climate all year round, making the house espe­ci­al­ly at­tra­cti­ve – also in spring and autumn, when you can still enjoy your holiday in warmth and comfort. After a day in town or at the beach, it is the perfect place to gather on the sofa for a good film or a game. The bathroom is neat and well-main­tai­ned, making it easy to freshen up after the day’s ex­pe­ri­en­ces.
