Welcome inside
While the main holiday home measures 69 m², you have an ad­di­tio­nal 24 m² in the annex, providing plenty of space for six people indoors. The two buildings are connected by a partially covered terrace, making it easy to move between them to sleep or play table football. The annex offers two bedrooms, and there are two more bedrooms in the main house, giving several options for bedtime ar­ran­ge­ments. During the day, everyone can gather in the living area, which combines the kitchen and lounge in an open layout, perfect for board games, delicious meals, reading, and all the other pleasures of a relaxing holiday. The room features a wood-burning stove and a heat pump, and the house also benefits from solar heating, making it energy-efficient. The layout is completed by a new bathroom from 2022 with un­der­floor heating.

Enjoy life outside
Around the house, several terraces have been laid out, so you can choose the perfect spot to catch the sun. Northeast of the house is a large wooden terrace where you can enjoy the sun from morning until 2 PM. Later in the day, you can move to the west side of the house, where the large, partially covered terrace is located – fully enclosed, which is ideal for dog owners and families with young children. The youngest family members can also enjoy running around on the lawn of the large plot, which features a tram­po­li­ne, swings, and a football goal.

The holiday home has a wonderful address on the small, quiet street Dogger Banke. The sur­ro­un­dings are peaceful and family-friendly, yet you have easy access to the North Sea and are within walking distance of Lønstrup’s charming main street. It’s no wonder Lønstrup is known as the City of Art – here you can explore eve­ryt­hing from ceramics to glass, jewelry, and paintings in the many galleries and open workshops – and perhaps even bring home a lasting memento from your holiday.
