Lovely holiday home with a beautiful interior and a personal touch, offering a high level of coziness. An in­cre­di­bly at­tra­cti­ve and very well-main­tai­ned house with a glimpse of the sea – a home you’ll want to rent again.

Welcome inside
The central space of the house is the large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, white curtains, and an overwhel­m­ing influx of light from the dune area to the west. The décor is simple and tasteful, featuring solid wood and light colors. The living room is openly connected to a lovely kitchen with white cabinet doors edged in beechwood, a glass-ceramic stove, fridge and freezer, dis­hwas­her, and microwave – in short, eve­ryt­hing you need for a relaxing holiday. The small bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet, and washbasin, while the large bathroom features a spacious co­un­ter­top and mirror ar­ran­ge­ment around the washbasin, a shower cubicle, and a washing machine. There are three good bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Inside, there are vaulted ceilings throug­hout, with light wood on both ceilings and walls. Wooden floors in the living room and kitchen, and tiled floors with un­der­floor heating in both bathrooms. The house is equipped with air con­di­tio­ning and solar ven­ti­la­tion, ensuring a com­fortab­le and healthy indoor climate.

Enjoy life outside
There is a wooden terrace on all four sides of the house, level with the exits, furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, sun loungers, and a barbecue, as well as a sandbox and a solar-heated outdoor shower. The terrace is partially enclosed so that small children and dogs cannot wander off – and you can always find a sheltered spot to enjoy the sun and the fresh North Sea air. Part of the terrace is covered, allowing you to enjoy the sun both early and late in the season. Outside the terrace area, there is a swing set and a carport. A wonderful holiday home, par­ti­cu­lar­ly well-suited for multiple families or ge­ne­ra­tions.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is located on a large dune plot with dune ve­ge­ta­tion, set slightly back from the beach. From the house, it is only a few minutes’ walk to Skallerup Seaside Resort, offering a pool, wellness fa­ci­li­ties, animals, and acti­vi­ties for all ages. In Lønstrup, just a short drive away, you’ll find a wealth of artisans and re­stau­rants, providing plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy a bit of town life and ex­pe­ri­en­ce Lønstrup’s unique at­mosp­he­re. If you feel like taking a slightly longer drive, you can enjoy a great ex­pe­ri­en­ce at the North Sea Oce­a­na­ri­um, located just outside Hirtshals. Or you can head even further north to Skagen and see where the two seas meet at Grenen.

Remember, you can always borrow pull carts, high chairs, and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Lønstrup. You can pick them up directly at our office and return them once your holiday has come to an end.
