This modern quality holiday home from 2022 is beau­ti­ful­ly furnished and has a perfect layout for eight people, making it ideal as a holiday home for two families. Outside, several large terraces await where you can enjoy the sun and summer life – all located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in the popular coastal town of Lønstrup.

Welcome inside
At Brune Banke 5, you can look forward to a holiday in a newly built home where eve­ryt­hing just works perfectly. The furniture is not only beautiful to look at but also fun­ctio­nal and com­fortab­le, and excellent use has been made of all 130 m². The layout offers four good bedrooms, all with double beds, and both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and un­der­floor heating. The heart of the house is a large open-plan living area with kitchen and lounge. Here you will find vaulted ceilings, beautiful floors with un­der­floor heating, and several patio doors leading out to the terraces, all con­tri­bu­ting to a light and airy at­mosp­he­re. A large flat-screen TV provides en­tertain­ment for relaxing on the sofa – and if someone needs a bit of privacy and control over the remote, there is a small TV lounge at the other end of the house. This extra living room is a great example of how well thought out the interior design is. Another nice detail is the extra re­fri­ge­ra­tor in the shed, ensuring plenty of space for chilled drinks.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, you have several beautiful terraces to choose from when you want to sunbathe, barbecue, or read the newspaper in the shade of a parasol. Next to the kitchen is an east-facing morning terrace, and later in the day it is ideal to move to the larger south-facing terrace, which offers both open and covered areas. The plot is well sheltered, and there is plenty of space for ball games on the lawn, as well as a swing set for the children.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Brune Banke is a small cul-de-sac, so the area around the holiday home is peaceful and quiet. If you feel like going for a run or a cycling trip in the North Jutland landscape, you can quickly get out of Lønstrup – but you can of course also head into the town centre to enjoy a café visit or explore the town’s exciting shops, galleries, and art studios. Whether you want to swim, fish, or simply enjoy the view of the North Sea, it is well worth heading to the beach, a lovely sandy beach with groynes and good bathing con­di­tions.

Remember that you can always borrow pull carts, high chairs and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Lønstrup. You can pick them up directly at the agency and return them to us once your holiday has come to an end.
