This lovely house has been stylishly renovated – and it doesn’t hurt that you also have a wonderful view of Grønhøj’s dune landscape from the living room.

Welcome inside
The sum­mer­hou­se was mo­der­nized in 2022, using a bright color palette and carefully selected fur­nis­hin­gs. The wood-burning stove in the living room enhances the cozy at­mosp­he­re, and when you can look westward at the small dunes and pretty sum­mer­hou­ses in the area, eve­ryt­hing feels just right. The living room also features a heat pump with cooling function and a flat-screen TV with satellite and Chro­mecast con­nection. The kitchen is neat, well-equipped, and offers plenty of workspace. The layout includes a bathroom with a shower, un­der­floor heating, and a washing machine, as well as three good bedrooms located in the eastern part of the house.

Enjoy life outside
A large wooden terrace wraps around the sum­mer­hou­se to the east, south, and west, so you’ll easily find a sunny spot at any time of day. The 2,590 m² plot is de­light­ful­ly spacious, providing plenty of distance from the neighbors. The whole family can have fun on the lawn, playing ball games and enjoying outdoor acti­vi­ties.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
It only takes a few minutes to walk from the sum­mer­hou­se down to Grønhøj Beach, so you can easily make the trip several times a day.
