Well-maintained holiday home with hot tub, lovely sun terrace and south-facing terrace

This charming and well-maintained summer house is the perfect place to relax and unwind at holiday pace. The house itself is bright and cozy, and outside you can enjoy life on the terrace and in the lovely sun courtyard – and Grønhøj Beach is just nearby if you fancy a swim or a walk along the North Sea.
Welcome inside
The fine wooden summer house was built in 1978, but its well-maintained condition clearly shows that a lot has happened since then. The house has been re-insulated, and a new roof was added in 2024. Indoors, the bathroom, for instance, stands out as a neat and well-appointed space, and the open kitchen has also been successfully modernized. The kitchen is additionally equipped with an air fryer. The indoor atmosphere is bright and airy – especially in the living area, where the kitchen and living room are combined. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, while the wood-burning stove is ready to spread warmth and coziness on cooler days. The layout also includes three good bedrooms, and from the terrace, you have access to a room with washing machine, dryer and fridge-freezer.
Enjoy life outside
On the large plot, there’s plenty of space for playing and lawn games. There’s also ample room to enjoy the relaxed holiday pace and unwind in the outdoor spa, which features both air and water massage. You can also settle into one of the comfortable garden chairs, as the property boasts both a terrace and a sun courtyard. The south-facing terrace is partially covered and equipped with a glass screen on one side, while the fully enclosed sun courtyard is a delightful oasis, even when the west wind blows.
Get up close to the local attractions
From the summer house, you only need to walk a few hundred meters to reach the beach and gaze out over the North Sea. Grønhøj Beach is a beautiful sandy beach with excellent bathing water, and in the marram-grass-covered dunes, you can search for a sheltered spot if you’d like a quiet place for a midday nap in the sun. If you need fresh air and exercise, you can stroll along the coast, or alternatively explore some of the area's beautiful natural spots, such as Lille Norge and Kettrup Bjerge. Thanks to the summer house’s attractive location, you also have easy access to both Løkken and Blokhus, and within about 15 minutes, you can drive to Fårup Sommerland.
Remember, you can always borrow wagons, highchairs, and baby cots from us at Feriepartner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at our office and return them to us when your holiday is over.

Welcome to our lovely summer house - we hope you have a really lovely holiday.
The house inside/outside
The summer house has a very well-stocked kitchen. The house is located on a sunny plot, and you can always find shelter from the wind on one of our terraces.
Beach and nature
If you follow Jensinevej (just diagonally opposite the house), and then follow the path up over the dune, you will reach the beach. The beach in Grønhøj is one of Denmark's best beaches. Here you can swim, enjoy the sun, play ball, drive along the beach in a car, etc.
If you like hiking, there is a lovely walk along the beach to both Løkken and Blokhus. It is also possible to cycle, if you prefer. Path 100, which is a path between Blokhus and Løkken, has been extended. You will find Path 100 by walking down Lydiavej until you reach Redningsvejen, approx. 100 meters away. Here you can then choose whether you want to go towards Blokhus or Løkken.
We highly recommend a trip to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse. Here you have a fantastic view of the sea. From Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, it is recommended that you visit Lønstrup, which is an old fishing village with lots of charm.
Løkken and Blokhus are also worth a visit, where there are many events throughout the summer. We can also recommend a day trip to Skagen, which has several attractions. Be sure to see Grenen and take a trip with Sandormen, Råbjerg Mile, Anchers Hus, Den tilsandede kirke, Skagen Grå Fyr, Vippefyret. The harbor in Skagen is worth a visit with lots of charm and many places to eat.
Restaurants and cafes
Ishuset ved Vesterhavet, located by the road down to the beach, has delicious ice cream and a good selection of fast food. If the weather is good, it is recommended to enjoy your dinner here at Ishuset. During the summer months, there are many activities/events with live music on site. You can find them on Facebook ("Ishuset ved Vesterhavet") and keep an eye out for activities during your stay.
Café Grønhøj Strand also offers a selection of food in the restaurant or as take away, e.g. freshly made pizzas, burgers, salads and tasty children's dishes (find Cafe Grønhøj Strand on Facebook). In the same place you will also find a Minimarket with a selection of groceries. You will find many delicious restaurants in both Løkken and Blokhus.
Playgrounds and similar
At Grønhøj Strand Camping there is a large playground, where non-residents can buy a day ticket to the playground. The ticket costs 20,- DKK and is purchased at the entrance to the campsite. You can leave the campsite and come back as much as you want during the day.
It is possible to play minigolf at Grønhøj Strand Holiday Center costs 40,- DKK per person
Fårup Sommerland is located approx. 10 km drive from the cottage. It is definitely worth a visit for children and children at heart.
