Both rooms are furnished with double beds, and from each bedroom there is access to a ladder leading up to a loft with ad­di­tio­nal sleeping space. This layout makes the house par­ti­cu­lar­ly suitable for two families or families with children. To the right of the entrance, a hallway provides access to a guest toilet, and from here you continue into the bright and spacious kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to a dining area, where a wide staircase leads up to the first floor. Here you will find a large bedroom with a double bed as well as a spacious bathroom.

The house also offers a bright and elegant living room and another large dining area where the whole family can gather. From here there is also direct access to the garden. A town house full of po­s­si­bi­li­ties.

Enjoy life outside
In the lovely enclosed garden of 467 m² you can enjoy the West Coast sun sheltered from the wind. There is a lawn and two beautiful terraces, where you can always catch the sun from morning until late afternoon. From the garden there is access to the 17 m² shed, and the large carport and driveway easily provide space for two cars.
