The house is nicely main­tai­ned and today appears to be of good quality with all necessary and modern fa­ci­li­ties, from dis­hwas­her, washing machine and dryer to free and wireless internet, which espe­ci­al­ly the slightly older children will ap­pre­ci­a­te. The large and open living room, which consists of kitchen, dining area and living room, will quickly become the central room where the family meets for coziness and to­get­her­ness; perhaps with a fire in the wood-burning stove, if you are on holiday outside the season. The living room has large panoramic windows and a large double patio door, which together let a lot of light into the room, and with the owners' sense of fine details in the interior, a nice and warm at­mosp­he­re prevails here. In addition to two rooms with a double bed and two single beds, the house has a new extension with a nice room and bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. This new section is furnished with wide doors and plenty of space to play on the floor and to move around.

Enjoy life outside
The large natural plot is dominated by a beautiful lawn and sur­ro­un­ded by trees, which both provide good shelter from the West Wind and the op­portu­ni­ty to move in peace and quiet for neighbors and passers-by. A lovely wooden terrace runs on three sides of the house, so you can follow the sun around most of the day. There are several sets of garden furniture and a barbecue available, and for the children there is both a sandbox and a swing and plenty of space for ball games and catch.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces
Al­vil­da­vej is located a little south of Løkken, a lovely central location for many good and fun ex­pe­ri­en­ces in one of Jam­mer­bug­ten's most charming areas. From the house it is only a short walk to Nybæk Plantage, where you can take some good walks; the opposite way, but only 650 meters from the house, is Løkken Strand, where you can swim, soak up the sun and play in the dunes. In the summer you are only a few hundred meters from the summer shop at Løkken Klit Camping, and nearby you will also find Løkken Golf Club and Løkken Football Golf, the po­s­si­bi­li­ties are many. In Løkken City you can do your grocery shopping, eat and shop, and in the summer the town is buzzing with a real holiday at­mosp­he­re around the central square.

Remember that you can always borrow pus­h­chairs, hig­h­chairs and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the agency and return them to us again when your holiday is well over.
