Despite the refresh, it has retained its classic character, creating a warm and inviting at­mosp­he­re indoors – exactly how a real sum­mer­hou­se should feel. The layout includes three com­fortab­le bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Naturally, there is also a kitchen, which is open to the living area. It’s a wonderful place to be in any weather – whether it’s the summer sun inviting you to fling open the patio doors or the early autumn chill calling for cozy evenings on the sofa with hot cocoa and a crackling fire in the woodstove.

Enjoy life outside
To the south and west of the sum­mer­hou­se, you can enjoy the sun and relax on the terraces equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a grill, and a parasol. The lawn near the sum­mer­hou­se is well-main­tai­ned, perfect for ball games or lounging on a blanket. The remainder of the 2,200 m² plot has been preserved as a natural site. A portion of the property is fenced, providing a safe area for a small dog to roam freely.

Zobelvej is a cul-de-sac on the edge of the Rubjerg area, giving this sum­mer­hou­se one of the closest addresses to the coast.
